This young family decided small town living was just what they needed. It fit everything in their “need bucket” for raising small children. A community of good people, good schools, and is close enough to a larger city if they needed that outlet. Settling in Dell Rapids, South Dakota they decided to build a home in a growing northwest development.
A large, open floorplan – the kitchen is the focal point. The island features Cambria Inverness Swansea as well as the wall cabinets with a full height backsplash. The home has large windows facing west with beautiful sunset views. To complement those views and keeping the house bright and alluring they selected Inverness Swansea – its tonal white, marbled backdrop with merging neutral tones, debossed veins and smooth textures create an artfully combined warm meets cool design. It’s stunning!
